Paid samples are available in 5 days. Sample fee can be returned back to our customers if there is regular orders.
Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
One year warranty, 1% spare parts will be included in shipment. Even though over the warranty period we offer free repairing service, still we charge for some main parts if needed. Technical supports will be provided any time by mail or phone.
Export/Import Processing Support
We provide the following services before shipment: insurance, shipping, customs, export documents, CO, form A (as required).
After Sales Service
Our professional service team will work with you closely for all A/S requirement. We will give quality feedback in 48 hours after we receive your quality complaint.
